Our client is looking for a Customer care/Front Desk Executive who will be responsible for:
Job Description
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services
- Processing orders and transactions
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
Requirements
- Diploma in any business management, customer service or related field
- Must have 3 years of experience in a call center or a busy customer care desk
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer application skills especially Ms word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Great negotiation and problem solving skills
- Experience in customer training
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
- Able to work with strict weekly and monthly targets
