Our client who has a software company is looking for Regional manager.
The location is in Eldoret.
Job qualifications:
- MUST have at least 2 years’ experience managing a startup company.
- Business related background education.
- Attentive to detail.
- Hands on and proactive.
Job Description:
- Organize and execute training programs for staff
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Assess market conditions and identify opportunities to generate leads and acquire market share
- Manage accounting budgets and allocation of branch funds
- Create, implement and oversee strategies aimed at customer acquisition and achievement of sales goals
- Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners
- Support customer centric operations, including sales, marketing and public relations.
- Oversee, co-ordinate and manage all operations of the branch i.e.: Human resource, sales, finance and customers.
- Ensure compliance to local and national government regulation
