The location is in Eldoret.

 

Job qualifications:

 

  • MUST have at least 2 years’ experience managing a startup company.
  • Business related background education.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Hands on and proactive.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Organize and execute training programs for staff
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Assess market conditions and identify opportunities to generate leads and acquire market share
  • Manage accounting budgets and allocation of branch funds
  • Create, implement and oversee strategies aimed at customer acquisition and achievement of sales goals
  • Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners
  • Support customer centric operations, including sales, marketing and public relations.
  • Oversee, co-ordinate and manage all operations of the branch i.e.: Human resource, sales, finance and customers.
  • Ensure compliance to local and national government regulation
