We are recruiting for a client who is in the industry of MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY. The client is based in NGONG ROAD.
We are looking for positive, energetic, self-driven and an enthusiastic CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES with proven track record to join our team.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a customer service executive
- Proficiency in English
- Lead and manage a team of agents
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- DIPLOMA in Business related course MUST
- 1-2 years in Customer Service
