Main Purpose of the Job- (Job Summary)

 

Help maintain affirmative relationships between the client and other businesses, employees, investors, legislators and customers. To supports all members of the agency or firm in the day-to-day functions of media relations and the satisfaction of client needs.

Public Relations

 

  1. Assist in organizing and execution of different events, campaigns etc.

 

  1. Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution

 

  1. Conduct research to support PR planning

 

  1. Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors etc.

 

  1. Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)

 

  1. Manage calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.)

 

  1. Suggest innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions

 

  1. Draft and design different type of PR content (for example media announcements, newsletters and proposals)

 

  1. Edit and proofread press releases, proposals, videos and presentations

 

  1. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions

 

  1. Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, media, vendors etc.

 

  1. Examine and document media coverage and track relevant PR metrics

 

  1. Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates

 

  1. Create project-specific media lists to support PR team

 

  1. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

 

  1. Other duties as assigned from time to time

 

Business Development

 

  1. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

 

  1. Communicating new services developments to prospective clients

 

  1. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

 

  1. Overseeing the development of marketing literature

 

  1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

 

  1. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

 

  1. Planning and preparing presentations

 

  1. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

 

  1. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

 

  1. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Academic Qualifications

 

Degree/Diploma in PR & Communication, Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
