Our client is looking for a savvy Client Relationship Executive who is willing to learn and grow to join their Client Experience and Communications Department.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Executive, your focus is to cultivate positive and fulfilling experiences for customers in their interactions with the company’s offerings, services and overall image through calls, chats, and emails.
The Client Relationship Executive will assist in the following areas:
- Communication
- Monitor Client Feedback
- Client Follow-Ups
- Business Development
- Logistical Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, HR or any other Business related field.
- 3 years’ relevant experience is a MUST.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail; strong ability to scrutinize and examine
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, multi-task, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
