Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ICT officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing systems, installing, and configuring Windows and Linux servers, and network management. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Power BI and be able to work with a wide range of other ICT systems and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Azure Cloud environment, including deploying and configuring platforms, monitoring performance, providing troubleshooting, and managing users and permissions.
- Utilize Power BI to create, configure, and manage data visualizations.
- Install and configure Windows and Linux servers as needed.
- Monitor and manage the network, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies for systems and network management.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in information technology and security.
- Maintain records of system and network performance, changes, and upgrades.
- Ensure that all IT systems are compliant with security standards.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
- Monitor server performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to servers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for server management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Azure Cloud management, platforms deployed in Azure, and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
- Excellent knowledge of network management principles
- Ability to think logically and troubleshoot problems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
