Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of their PET product manufacturing business by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong customer relationships. This role plays a pivotal role in achieving the company’s revenue and market share goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

 

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

 

  1. Team Management:

 

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

 

  • Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and evaluate team

 

members’ performance.

 

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

 

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers,

 

and retailers.

 

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

 

  1. Sales Process Improvement:

 

  • Continuously improve the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.

 

  • Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems for efficient sales operations.
  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

 

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and key metrics.

 

  • Generate regular reports and forecasts to inform company decision-making.
  1. Product Knowledge:

 

  • Stay up-to-date with our PET products and industry trends.

 

  • Ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of our product line.
  1. Budget Management:

 

  • Develop and manage the sales department’s budget efficiently.

 

  • Allocate resources wisely to optimize sales results.

 

  1. Market Expansion:

 

  • Identify new market segments and geographical areas for expansion.

 

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets.

 

  1. Compliance and Ethics:

 

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

 

  • Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

 

  • 5 years experience in sales management within the PET industry or related field.

 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

 

  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
