Job description

  • Implementing strategies that boost employee engagement
  • Measure and improve performance
  • Ensure employee retention
  • Carry out orientation and onboarding
  • Training of new staff and existing ones
  • Handle Compensation process
  • Develop Workplace policies
  • Developing positive culture
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Updating internal employee database
  • Gather payroll data
  • Position advertising
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Develop training and onboarding materials
  • Respond to employee questions and grievances
  • Carry out recruitment process
  • Carry out disciplinary process
  • Handle labor issues

 

Qualification and skills

  • 5 years and above work experience as a HR & Admin manager
  • Familiarity with HRIS
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management.
