- Conversant with Labor practices
- Carry out Compensation/Payroll process
- Handling Health and retirement benefits
- Undertake Risk management
- Monitoring work-related injuries and mitigating their costs
- Drafting and implementing human resources and/Company policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
- IHRM Membership
- CHRPK will be an added advantage
- Ready to commence working immediately
- Ready to be posted anywhere within Kenya
- 5 years and above Work experience as a Human Resource Manager in Manufacturing Industry
- Working Experience in Food Processing Company will be an added advantage
