Qualifications & skills
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related course.
- Previous experience as an IT expert.
- Proof of having built an in-house software.
- Proof of providing off the shelf software.
Duties and responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Experience e in dealing with websites and blogs.
- Vast interest in general IT industry trends and developments.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
