MOLD TECHNICIAN (Kshs30,000 – Kshs40,000)
Our client, a plastic company based in Nairobi is seeking to employ a Mold Technician.
Duties and responsibilities
- Set up and start up injection molding machines.
- Document mold changes and machine adjustments.
- Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.
- Inspect items to ensure a consistent level of quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications & skills
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least two years’ working experience as a mold technician in a plastic company.
- Must have knowledge of plastic injection and blow machines.
- Must have worked with plastic molds
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace all components.
