SECURITY SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Reports to: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Salary:(kshs75,000-150,000)
Location: Westlands.
Our client, in the security industry seeks to employ an individual who will oversee the marketing department.
Responsibilities
- Develop &execute business development and marketing plan.
- Ensure the sales team executives and team leaders are productive.
- Undertake continuous research on market trends and behavior.
- Participate in development of customer-led products and services.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and promotion programs.
- Carry out market intelligence &customer surveys.
- Participate in brand building strategy appropriate marketing communication.
- Educate members on policies, products and bank functions.
- Participate in marketing promotions, institutional visits and public campaigns.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience in marketing security services;2yrs in managerial level.
