Responsibilities
1. The Civil Engineer will design, plan, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.

- Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
1. The Quantity Surveyor will conduct the analysis of the design cost relationship
- Advising on, and controlling the budget and the financial administration of construction contracts
- The quantity surveyor will be dealing with contract procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics required; Master’s degree preferred. - Licensure as a professional engineer by the Board Of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors. (BORAQS).
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
- Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities
1. Installation, configuration and testing of equipment
2. Monitoring, technical support and planning of all aspects of the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wireless network) while ensuring ICT environment is secure.

- Environmental Safeguards Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Review and update the existing project Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) in line with the revised UNDP guidelines;
- Support the PMU in the co-ordination, management and implementation of the project safeguards in compliance with the Social and Environmental Standards (SES) to ensure full compliance with UNDP guidelines;
- Support the PMU in the development and rolling out of a safeguards monitoring and reporting system against the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) provisions;
- Advise in the co-ordination of the implementation of social audits for all completed project contracts;
- Support the project line ministries, responsible parties to achieve the maximum safeguards efficiency in their assigned tasks
- Support the project to ensure that safety and health concerns of the workers and the general public are addressed during pre- construction, construction and implementation phases of the project civil works;
- Support to ensure the timely and accurate consolidation of ESMF related information of each sub-project prior to submission for bid documentation preparation;
- Establish the budget required to implement the ESMF requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensure at NEMA.

- Social Safeguards Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Providing conceptual and operational leadership on the core social development themes under the EASP project
2. Serving as a lead person on social issues including, stakeholder engagement, grievance management, vulnerable and marginalized groups who may be affected by the project.
- Ensuring social safety clauses are incorporated in all agreements signed.
- Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed about issues relating to implementation of a project social safeguards and providing the required support for timely implementation
- Continuous monitoring of social, equity and gender issues concerning the project with a view to assess and evaluate the social impacts of the Project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have at least 7 years of experience
- Health and Safety Safeguards Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Promote occupational and personal safety, health and wellness;
- Protect the health and safety the staff;
- Provide information to the staff about health and safety hazards;
- Identify and correct health and safety hazards and encourage the staff to report potential hazards;
- Conduct activities in a manner protective of the environment, and provide information regarding environmental impacts associated with institutional operations;
- Maintain a risk-based emergency management program to reduce the impact of emergency events

1. Monitor material quality and inspected material. Work closely with Quality Control Department
2. Coach and monitor team members and sites to comply with safety regulations.
- Direct and or perform maintenance & repairs on equipment

Responsibilities
- Assist in building layout, framing, sheathing and roofing structures
- Use equipment and tools to safely perform basic construction tasks
