Our client, in the manufacturing industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join our team as a Production Manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee training and required documentation to ensure effective training methods that are in compliance with current procedures and quality standards
  • Quality Assurance and Management
  • Ensure that goods produced by your team always meet quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 10years’ experience working in a manufacturing setting (process, chemical, mechanical)
  • Knowledge of Packaging Industry or related to Manufacturing Set Up a MUST
  • Technical background a MUST
  • Strong management and leadership skills, including the ability to relate well with direct reports, customers, and colleagues. Candidates with at least 5 years’ management experience managing a large team preferable
