Job Description
Salary 30,000-35,000
- Recruitment and management of sales promoters
- Recruitment and managing regional distributors
- Recruitment and managing of retailers.
- Stock management at both RD and retail level
- Managing branding and promotions in the areas assigned.
- Collecting and analyzing sales and marketing intelligence data.
- Pushing for sale.
- Opening new accounts and delivering sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
- Organizing daily and weekly work schedules to meet set sales targets
- Preparing sales reports indicating the performance of various outlets and recommendations for courses of action.
- Keeping sales records for all clients
Job Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in sales and marketing or a related field
- Must have experience in the Field
- Has more than 4 years of experience in retail sales.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
- Location: coast region
